Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and R Dynamics Group LLC ("we"), which runs Keel (trykeel.ai). By using Keel you agree to them. If you use Keel for a company, you agree on its behalf. Questions: [email protected].
Beta service
Keel is in an invite-only beta. Features may change, break or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. Keep your own copies of anything important; Keel lets you export boards and download your files.
Your account
You need an invitation to use Keel. Keep access to your email and Google account secure, since they are how you sign in. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think someone else has accessed your account.
Your work is yours
You and your team keep all rights to what you put into Keel. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and display it to run Keel for you, including sending it to our AI provider when you use Keel AI. We don't use your work to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy.
Keel AI
Keel AI's suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. Keel only proposes changes; nothing is applied unless you accept it. You are responsible for checking every design decision, calculation, part choice and safety matter with qualified judgement before relying on it. Keel is not a substitute for engineering review.
Acceptable use
- Don't break the law or infringe others' rights with Keel.
- Don't try to access projects you weren't invited to, or to get around limits or security.
- Don't upload malware, or use Keel to harass anyone or send spam.
- Don't resell or copy the service.
Ending use
You can stop using Keel at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access for breaking these terms, or if we end the beta; where we reasonably can, we'll give notice so you can export your work.
No warranty
Keel is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim about Keel is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is meaningful, we'll update the date above and tell users by email or in Keel. Continuing to use Keel after that means you accept the new terms.
